Working here was a nightmare. The company forces employees to write glowing, fake reviews in a desperate attempt to boost their ratings, an effort that's laughably futile because once new hires see the reality, they don't stick around. Their retention rate is abysmal, and it's no surprise why. The management and HR department are equally incompetent. HR director is utterly unhelpful and complicates simple processes. There is lots of politics, work culture is average they thing candidate can work 24hrs like labour they give you multiple tasks and except it should be perfect without any error there no work management here every work is very urgent it should be done with in 20 to 30 mints there no work balance In every financial year they do shuffling in department eg accounts profile person in hr hr profile person in operations etc they create such scenario so that candidate should suffer from depression,stress and leave the organisation by its own so that company is not liable to give any kind of increament on the baise of cost cutting Office competitive some people are also very irritating they will keep on naging you unnecessarily So guys before joining think about it...Read More

So, let me tell you, this is Family business, and not the MNC, if you are really seeking for job stability then this is not for you, seriously don't join, reason are below mentioned, i will give the proper feedback after working many years with them, i will indicate the same by Their posts and not the name. Company is too good, but management is worse, MD of company is more then 65 but still coming to office, and giving his traditional ways of solutions in these technical era, you'll soon fed up on this. Co is 32 years old but still there is no process for any department at all. Lot of paper work, in software era. MD,CEO always will look spillover expectations. You'll get hike and pramotion on chuglikhorhiri. They Have Female GM she is like. If she would enter in MDs cabin she will become cat. If she is with CEO she is Sheep. If she is with folks she is lioness. She is killing her own department, favouring only to her cast people, rest all are vulnerable. They don't value the real and integrity employees, that's the reason everymoth they hire almost 10 people on and average in month and on and average 5-6 people left the job in a month. They never discuss about it, as they only think about profit, only those employees are serving there who knows that they will not get a job anywhere else. Worst environment, uneducated staff and managers. No holiday except Sunday and other holidays are also cancel (like festivals). Giving assurance for batter increments but after joining they said we can’t increase. MD is only talking big things but his relationship with employees is worst.

Every thing is worst here. No job security at all. If they found small mistakes of your, directly removing on the same day.
