This is the worst company to work, I would strongly recommend not to join this company. There is not at all good things to explore, ppl there, don't have knowledge about what they are doing, and they exploit ppl under them

Everything, please dont join this even if they promise you to give heaven too. I would request u to not join this sh**t hole.

No job security! If I have joined than They have taken a target to terminate you before completing your probation period it is trap not a company

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
