company is very good and technology leader , happy to be part of growing company with strong market presence and competitive products but don't expect good growth as many blocks exists

Dislikes

Compensation is very low in spite of your good efforts , tremendous work pressure even after office hours , training is neglected and lot of politics and drama as company is old and has undergone many proprietary changes and now become a MNC . don't expect appreciation and good growth........

Work Details

Federal mogul is good organization to work but local HR team have done many cost cutting initiatives and many benefits of staff are taken back. Overall good challenges but no recognition and reward. workmen cooperation is very good in spite of unions

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
