Horrible working environment... I was been harrassed by the branch manager (Mr. Kedar Gaykar) of worli Mumbai branch.. I escalated the matter to HR and even MD of the company.. No 1 took any action.. atlast I resigned from the post..

Horrible company... Horrible staffs and management... I was been harrassed by the branch manager which is a shame to the company a lady was harrassed and no took any action against it it kept on going... Pathetic company it is shame on such company...

Not process oriented Work life balance zero If you have experience doesn’t matter they will treat you as well labor even if you are we’ll versed with software and new technology they will not invest on that. HR named Nagendran and sudharshan are the worst HR till now I have seen in my career they are not from HR background they have been hired because they have connection with one of the family member of Featherlite. Even if you are right they will make sure that you are the culprit and blackmail you because they have good political connection and they will put in such worst condition and make you leave the organisation and will not pay your salary I came to know even before me lot of HR had been thrown out of the organisation due to silly reason. I really like about business excellence roll and Good leadership support. They will support us for new innovative.

Dislikes

Department wise coordination is poor. Few persons only support for Audit and certification. You have to indivually complete the job activities to achieve the target.

No professionalism, No growth, No off on Saturday's, No insurance to spouse, children and parents, Maximum 8% increment, Too long to give approvals, No work life balance, micro management, No hierarchy followed, lot more....
