Few experienced professionals who have been pillars due to their strong bond with senior management were able to bridge the road with the newbie professionals who come with experience to join and work their way forward.

Dislikes

Slow in decision making. No professional culture , very closed and highly family oriented . Not much value for professional ethics whilst go all out to pamper and keep their good image amidst clients and external associates only.

Ok here i joined long back as secretary the so called ceo don't have basic manners and loses his temper too fast that too i experienced it on the very first day. The other 2 MDs do use unprofessional language at least that's wat I heard. Had to leave the company within 2days of joining because of the behaviour of that CEO Raju. No secretary works there for long period. Never ever join this company atleast as a secretary. Worst experience....Read More
