My experience with FCS Software Solutions has been quite bitter.... There is nothing to like about the organization.... Worked for a 3rd party there and had better talking terms with them than FCS management as they were least bothered about employees, their growth, development or learning.

Dislikes

There is a huge list but the worst part was that FCS management was not at all concerned about employees...Their only motive seemed to make employees work like labours and disowning them without being concerned about their future/career.... I was a part of an international process which they owned.... They had concrete information about contract end with client but for unknown reasons they didn't disclose it to employees....Didn't give employees notice and kept hiring process continued till last week.... Employees were forced for full and final settlement.... Full and final settlement amount was also not correct for many employees....Read More

I was part of Service desk team. I feel that i am fortunate to work with some really great minds and tremendous team. I can say that when i joined this company, my technical skill was 30%. Now i am working with a Tech giant company. Thanks to FCS Management to trust on me.
