There was good environment at Faurecia (FORVIA) but after Year 2015 there was not good situations, Favourism, politics,non ethics, ..... partiality,non technical works,wrong behaviour, so on its worst now days. There were included me 200+ old employees (left), leaving this organisation, (few old are remaining only because of their skills and experiences.(now days , some people gets promoted and managers asking, wanted to put reviews positively). Mostly Managers are real politician even they non technical management and leadership, I was working in Foam for 4yrs , plastic 3yrs and in Complete Seat 4yrs. In culture lot of racism, politics...threats. I don't recommended this organisation for genuine person. But relatives will get more benefits at this organisation. Even not me you can check others view as well who worked in Faurecia and even those working (those are working they will always told you don't take my name but it's really worst situations at Forvia....Read More
