Overhiring from college campus. Annual Appraisal is not good. Career growth is not good. Majority of teams work in outdated technology. Higher management needs to correct their priorities & focus on employee problems.

Salary at start would be good but no appraisal and promotion until u do extra work apart from ur regular work. Felt that management is more inclined towards south indian employee.

Very inflexible and demanding on working hours, more than 10 hrs of engagement and monitoring even for developers on rotational basis where you will be engaged entire week for 12 hours without extra compensation. Leadership and management is not approachable and are rigid towards ideas. Seems like the leadership has taken big decisions based on their own convenience rather than employees. Overall a business centric company with very little room towards employees' welfare. Very little exposure to project knowledge transfer, seemed like they're expecting results without proper access and knowledge of the process. Everything seemed delayed, a simple approval for access took more than a week. Forecasting of people required is also incorrect resulting in very imbalanced workload mostly less but also impose a threat of company firing although I have not heard a single case like that....Read More
