Leadership and management is not approachable and are rigid towards ideas. Seems like the leadership has taken big decisions based on their own convenience rather than employees. Overall a business centric company with very little room towards employees' welfare. Very little exposure to project knowledge transfer, seemed like they're expecting results without proper access and knowledge of the process. Everything seemed delayed, a simple approval for access took more than a week. Forecasting of people required is also incorrect resulting in very imbalanced workload mostly less but also impose a threat of company firing although I have not heard a single case like that....Read More
