Timing , got some colleagues as friend, Sometimes Management support to employee, On time Salary

Doesnot working on the basic of proper company, didn't provide appraisal email/letter, No benefits to employee like gratuity,loans,etc.. Partiality going on with members during promotions and also in regular times also.

Have chance to communicate directly with Architect and Client regarding Requirement and any other issues on project.

Team management is poor here because Team Leads & Managers are even don't know the little bit knowledge about how to handle the Teams. Learning new concepts and implementation are not possible. Main negative in Farshore is working hours that afternoon 1:30 PM to Midnight 12:00 AM.

Work Details

Working experience is good(Management provides required resources and stress free environment) but only one disadvantage is Mangers. Because they are not fit to handle the projects and Teams.
