Good Compensation Benefits for the less experienced Joinees, A & B type customers.

Dislikes

Excessive Travelling, No groth Opportunities, No direction from managmemnt for growth and retain top talent.

Work is quite challenging, have to technically prove the product and then go out and convert it to Sales. Hectic as I need to manage the SFDC, look for customer service and prepare data for manager's forecasting. Great Multitasking learning only.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
