FAI had good potentital, but leadership full micromanagement, no clear decision making, whatever they say mostly not keeping up promise. so employees always confused what happening. One c-suite person always playing politics instead of doing actual work. not even knowing his role talking big big things. no communication skills. Better he do admin job instead of leadership role. Team not able to work because of the=is issue. also they enjoy all holidays and no benefits for employees.
