To be honest there is nothing to like about farelabs it's just a overhyped laboratory where nothing goes in a right direction all they care is that their work should be done.

Dislikes

The working environment is very toxic and people don't have any professionalism they will interfere in your personal life and will never appreciated your work no matter how hard you work for them,the management does not care about their employees all they care is about their work being completed.

Everything, it's better to open a tea stall beside this company rather than joining this organization.

Work Details

Work load is very much.Initial 8 months you have to work for free. Even a single second late entry will deduct an hour salary. Overtime will pay nothing. Very cruel management. Better to not join.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
