There is nothing to like about the company. No infrastructure, no learnings, No job security, no career growth. In the name of training they only make to do their data work which needs to be done by experienced people that.

Dislikes

The company is self centered. Their is no thinking for employees who give their weekoffs and whole day to company. Monthly compensation is not decent. for every mint late entry they charge on hourly basis and same is deducted from monthly salary. Management is not at all supportive towards employees treating everybody like animals.

It's a good place to learn and to have experience. You can access to any department to learn and can practicize any instrument available there.

Dislikes

Salary not good and so the incentives. The worst is unpaid 6months training which should be corrected to paid 6months training. Overcoming these problems will definitely make it a great place to work for a long time.
