Nothing good, Bad internal politics, zero privacy as each employee has to share there photos with camera app for daily reporting, no work life balance have to work on weekends and holidays

zero management, no HR in branch, unprofessional seniors of mohali branch , they just had hand of senior management on them that is why they are holding the positions , fake commitments, nothing will be shared with employee in writing from head office regarding appraisal and imported things so that they can do whatever they want.

No management at the branch, the people who manages the Mohali branch are un professional people as have no experiences for holding those posts with zero communication skills, no hr sits here for grievance, male dominance, fake commitments as they will commit your verbally regarding salary hikes and appraisals but in written they will not give anything to you, have to share your your daily photos on whatsapp app with senior people for daily reporting which indicate no privacy rule as any one can use your photos...Read More
