1. Promotion is not fixed here, anyone can get anytime promoted 2. Salary increment is below market. 3. Poor work life balance 4. Only 2 Saturday off out of 4 Saturday. 5. Partiality in employee.

1 Advance technology 2 Good skills, learning, technical ideas. 3 supporting staff 4 pure healthy environment. 5 cultural activity and extra program for employee.

1 Salary/Increment discrimination 2 Promotion discrimination. 3 No respect for technical knowledge, experience etc. 4 future growth is very slow as per market rate. 5 Management relation not good with ground level employees. 6 Company policy is only good for 20 to 30 people not for every employee.
