The Beaurocracy has taken over the company culture in recent times. This is demolishing the work culture, previously it was known for. The performance & appraisal are done on the basis of favouritism

1. For wear-house automation some new things can be learned from company.

1. Promotion is not fixed here, anyone can get anytime promoted 2. Salary increment is below market. 3. Poor work life balance 4. Only 2 Saturday off out of 4 Saturday. 5. Partiality in employee.

Only one thing is best that salary will never be delayed

Dislikes

This is the first company in the world who can decrease your monthly salary after your joining. Lots of things HR/Management can do to snatch away the rights of employee. DONT JOIN. Now there is no job security. HR can ask your resignation by giving so and so reason. Very soon employee will quit this company in bulk.

Earn leaves-15, Causual Leaves-10, Medical Leaves-05 and Restricted Holiday-02 and Holidays-07 which is not sufficient enough for those who stays cities far away from NCR. 2.All four Saturday needs to be Off. 3.Credit takers are much more that Credit Builders. 4. No fooding allowance during stay at office. 5. No accommodation allowance to bachelors staying near offices. 6. Seasons based company which effect the body, mind and financial part as you may have to seat idle during office seasons. 7.
