In my opinion, the company is an excellent place to work with a focus on work-life balance, a supportive team, and a good learning curve. Indian, Gurgaon office Country head does not confirm even after completing probabtion period as per law, and if an employee wants to leave right after 1 month from date of joining during his probation period they hold the salary of that person until he completes his notice period of 2 months.
