FactSet is a good place to work, lot of scope for learning. We can enjoy the work and learn many things here. Work culture is good and company is taking corporate social responsibilities, charity etc.

Dislikes

It's a good opportunity to work here but only thing is taking more time for getting a good package

Work Details

Proven experience in implementation of Oracle fusion financial modules like AP, AR, FA and CM

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
