Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is high but manageable.

Work Details

Generally my work is challenging i have 3 major responsibilities in our department and I have to check on them every 10 minutes,But I stay on toes keeping my work up to date and also studying on my own hoping that someday i will be recognized.
