I work with Rockstars, Our Management only strives for each individual to work harder!! Dislikes

There is not anything I dislike , however areas of improvement in a holistic view would be : 1. A regular career conversation would give individuals more clarity on their growth paths and a clear picture of their future in the company 2. A quarterly update on company's key performance indicators would help understand the company better and aid in its growth.

Work Details

I'm a BDM who is responsible to manage Key accounts and ensure I get more business through new and existing clients and hence keep building the revenue pipeline.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
