Good employees trying to be corporate and understand employee problem

Dislikes

Senior are very aggressive dominating and unsupportive,unsecure job,blame game if tasks fail, victimise the junior employee and take the credit if task is done and no personal life.Aggressive follow up after office hours and on vacation.

Work Details

Lot of work pressure and loading of work

Work days: Alternate Saturday off

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
