Not any facilities provide to satisfy employees

Dislikes

It is manufacturing type of company. Company ruled are picked up fresher or experience student and give lower salary packages. Employees having in time but not having out time. Company not provide any canteen or travelling facilities. Not provide satisfaction increments

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
