I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Well, I have to think hundred times before that but sorry I don’t have any reason to dislike . Employees are working from last 15-20 years and surprisingly no one wants to quit. Love my job
