Working environment is good , there is good understanding between the colleague , employee security is there priority as they have 90% of feamale staff.

The working hours in the company is very long it was 10 hours sometime we used to work for 12 hours as well . But there was no appreciation, there is no growth in the firm , work pressure is high , more over they don't pay according to the work the salary is low compare to the work ...
