It's terrible to work here. I would lay idle than work there with a bunch of idiots(non medicos managing doctors and telling them what to do and how to do). Pathetic. Don't ever think to work here.

Very bad working environment. Always stressed out. Their targets are never achieved. Every day every hour you will be reminded of your targets. Salary also doesn't come on time. You feel like a labour working there.

Finance & Accounts team is good

They have very poor IT systems, Poor HR policies, They haven't provided me my F&F amount till date, its been more than 82 days since my LWD and their settlement period is within 60 days and after 60 days they deducted my amount without any reasons and when I proved with evidences that I should get my amount then they agreed on some amount and some amount they don't , still they had a fault on that but I agreed to get my amount because we as a professional can't negotiate on these things a lot so I agreed but still they haven't provided me my F&F till date, I don't know what processings they are doing on that and I also want to ask the organization if they are delaying my amount on their fault so they also should be liable to provide me the interest & penalty because they also take the amount when any employee don't give the notice period and leave but still I have given the proper notice and have completed the same they have taken soo much of time. Their HR system is very bad no basic manners, no communication , no formal steps. I hereby ask every person reading this if the organization should have the sentiments of providing me my amount or not and should they change their system accordingly....Read More
