When I join here as a fresher,got many opportunity to learn new technology. Team mates are good.

Company policy and culture is changing as new high-profile posts are keep on adding, because of this many good employees lose their job in last one and half year. Non tech people give timeline to technical person which is causing lot of trouble, stress and lack of work-life balance. Senior in this company is not showing their descendants work to the management and pretending it as they made it, which is affecting appraisals, work stress and job insecurity. I would not recommend this company to developer/BA/QA as everything is changing and CORE values too. They say you should lead without title, which means you are person without title. There is no role given to you here. you will be doing work of a BA,QA,Developer,Data On boarding and sometimes Dev-Ops also. You will be occupied with lot of responsibility, but when it comes to appraisal and opportunities you will see a different side of management and senior team lead....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
