Nothing is likeable in this company. Its a terrible company to work for.

Dislikes

Everything to dislike about. Firstly the HR policy is a fraud policy. At the time of interview they will say one thing and when you will start they will say another. For example when they interviewed me they said the salary is fixed and incentives is variable,but after joining they are saying many parameters to achieve the salary. Everyday you have to make 100 plus calls failing that 20% of that day's salary will be deducted. And say for 1 month you can't sell a product they will not provide you a single paisa. Everything turned upside down. Don't fall for their sweet interview calls. It's a cheat company, our government should ban this company. Even they are cheating consumers by not providing exact needs.
