This is like Babu Company, No professional working culture, thousand of rules but the implementer doesn't bother to maintain them. No hierarchy system is zero. Misleading, Misguidance, Wrong commitments, No growth. This happens only EAST & WEST zone

Cash reimbursement is so tough. If you've paid for business travel expenses and hotel stay charges, the company won't pay the full amount. They only pay 30%, and that after four months.
