Dislikes

They start lying with job description which is always deceptive. They will make you hold contract that has evolved over years for 'maximum' exploitation. Read their terms carefully - you can not go to court as per their contract. Good luck with your endeavour! You will be worst 'dihadi kamgar' without any benefits. They destroy various constitutional rights and laws with their loopholes.

They never pay you on time. Expectations are sky high and the upper management is toxic. I couldn't last for even 2 months. The company doesn't care about their employees and the entire job is based around false hopes. They are super uptight about the attendance (biometrics) and that is alright if we're atleast paid on time (I'm talking about the late 20s of a month, btw. NOTHING TO LIKE They deduct TDS from salary but do not submit to INCOME TAX,it doesn't show in your income and TDS ,NEVER GIVEN SALARY ON TIME ,NOBODY REPLIES THOUGH YOU APPROACH THEM PROFESSIONALLY ,BLOOD SUCKING
