- Poor Top Management. Unexperienced and Sales Driven. - Top Management is toxic and lack management skills/strategies. - Edtech space in general are toxic and about numbers which they need to report to Venture Capital investors. - Lack of Clarity and RnD in product and services. Poor Target Audience Research. - Overall work f orce is below 30's that proves the management red flags. - Need Policies in place for employee satisfaction and improvements in management. - Lack of Funding issues on the Top Management TIER, which most employees are unaware off. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Job Security for Long term is at risk</mark>. - Products needs to be improved as pricing on the product are not ideal. Overall I wouldn't recommend joining the company for experienced professionals. Ideal for freshers in Sales and HR roles.
