- Incentive will be paid after a year for your placements. - Sometimes salary will be delayed -No hike. Even after good performance. -No appreciate / recognition of employees -Company won't spen a penny for you apart from salary. -No benifits or holidays (12 days/ year) -They don't care about you. They only care about your placements -Worst management. -No transperancy in the organisation -You will not know nor talk to anyone apart from your manager. - Poor response from HR.
