Worst company ever please don’t join this firm. No appraisal no work life balance worst company ever. The management is worst they give appraisal after the after year after your actual appraisal date. The management also don’t tell the reasons why the appraisal is not happening.

They Didn't support in any Situation or condition. Company policies are worst.they never pay salry and other perks on time and this going on since 2 years not only in COVID pandamic. Dues are delayed more than 1 to 2 years. They always holds your 10% to 15 % of ctc and never pay you on time and Notice period is 3 month so that both of these reasons you can't go for other option.
