The structured manner of tasks and duties help in easy completion of required goals as per thr schdule. There is training provided for the new entrants at all levels. The mixed and cosmpolotian culture helps in doing the job in easiest manner.

Dislikes

Many a times the immediate assignments come into the picture. They may create hustle & bustle kind of situation.

It has been exhilarating experience with Expand Career.The approach conducive is as per the ongoing working culture in Gurgaon..There are learning avenues for new entrants.The management helps in managing day to day tasks

Many times tasks have to be carried out on very short notice. Due to immediate pressure, things have to be sorted as soon as possible

The tasks are all well assigned among all members. There is flexible work culture so you can allocate your time . On weekends, the time can be used as per requirement Management helps in understanding the new concepts.

Dislikes

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
