My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. It depends on your reporting supervisor, otherwise I didn’t find anything good about this organisation. Yes, both side cab facility goes with the pros.

Dislikes

Poor and incompetent management. Knowledge sharing is not there, instead people are humiliated by seniors. Job is not secure at all, you can be targeted for any reason. Favouritism plays important role, seasoned people want their referrals in the processes.
