The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technologies and providing training on latest technologies and we have good supported from DM's. I enjoyed the work and working with the great colleagues, It was great Place to work and enjoyed myself. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Good to join the company as fresher, good training and no bench policy will have good learning experience at inital stages.

Salary is not upto industry standards, 60 to 70 percent of intermediais managers are dummy they are just filling the position in company most of the times they don't even know the status of the project there should be more interaction with developers and immediat managers.

Compensation is a little poor. The bhubaneswar dc has single client and work from home is never an option. Working hours are also tight u have to make 8 hrs floor hours as per client rules.
