Received salary on time. There is nothing to like about Exide. Before interview share your Job files different and after joining time job profile change.

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll.
