I worked 1 year in Exeter Premedia services. During training, Mentor treated trainees with partiality. I have worked for more than 10- 12 hrs per day but not got any recognition from my Teal leader or from Manager. Even after 1 year my annual Increment was only around 500Rs. Very toxic environment. No career growth in Exeter Premedia services. During interview they told monday to Friday working time, but after getting into projects we need to on weekend too.. No work life balance....Read More
