It's a biased company. Only referenced persons and office politics persons will get good hike. There is no good hike for hard working professionals. This company management is very dangerous as they assign 3 members work to 1 hard working person and gives increment only 2000. There is no recognition and the process are also very old and slow processes. If a person resigns they won't recruit anyone. I never expected this kind of management<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Very disappointed and unsatisfied and no work life balance</mark>. Management targets employees who asks justice such a useless and unprofessional Management. I feel regret for joining in this company.
