Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Many things and reasons of not to like about this company. If you want to lose your confidence, to get humiliated, to spoil your career then only join here. This place is full of politics, promoter dominant, no flexible hours, no monetory growth, no incentives, no appreciation of your good work, etc etc etc. The culture is like "shut your mouth and just do a work, no need to give any suggestions, you are here to follow our instructions. That's it." May be if you are a chamcha of promoter then you will be better paid. By the way nobody is team player. No team outings, no birthday wishes/celebrations, you are not supposed to celebrate your birthday in the office. Management will not wish you on your any good ocassion. Promoter and management play divide and rule. Here, you can't use your lunch time also to relax a bit. It's a prison for 9.00am to whtever time but you won't be free before 6.30pm...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
