Nothing to be liked, the work culture is worst no process no work structure no proper training no heirarchy... Higher management would assign engineer according to their wish without informing you doesn't help on any customer escalation... HR head herself is a fresher and comes up with a new rule every now and then. Employee is supposed to follow 9hrs in office and also has to support after going home....Read More
Dislikes
Very small office, for using the restroom you will have to make a queue as there is only one washroom... Once or twice a week there is no electricity in the office and the HR doesn't allow you to go home instead they ask you to take it up with the higher management who doesn't give a shit as they all are in UK. They expect you to work without AC in this summer while you are sweating for hours. Micro management on the new employees whereas the employees who are working since a long time are allowed to do anything....Read More

It seems that Excis started incentivizing feedback and hence there are few positive reviews, else it would need intoxication to provide positive review for this company (can be called as a trap as well)
Dislikes
Almost everything right from micromanagement (checking employees thru CCTV as well as hacking in to their systems to check the work being done) seriously it's an extremely sick leadership team who only believes in harassment, politics, bias and lot more that can be mentioned here
