This company is deeply entrenched in office politics, surpassing even Chanakya's strategies. Salaries are not paid on time, and promotions often come with titles but without corresponding salary increases or authority. Favoritism is rampant, with uneducated relatives and individuals from the director's village being given preference. Employees are frequently targeted, with salaries withheld for 5-6 months, and once they leave, they are not paid a single penny. The management is extremely arrogant and ego-driven.
