Good work life balance. Very good place to start your career. Can be able to work with clients of different regions and domains.

Dislikes

Working 6 days per week is not not a good thing.

1.One of the worst company ever. 2.Employees are suffering from too much pressure. 3.If you are joined this company,you will lose your work balance. 4.The management does not care about the lives of the employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
