Excellent training given by experienced trainers. Teammates are supportive and inspiring. Working at EWAC I get many opportunities to try innovative ideas. Phenomenal learning atmosphere. One thing I can proudly say, one can get many learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Growth in career is slow.(i.e promotions) Salary at initial level is less.

My role is very exciting: 1. To find out "maintenance and repair welding application" and'wear protection" application at customer location and suggest them solution. 2. To develop business through technical assistance. 3. To retain existing business.
