In some project the work life balance is totally off-set! Absolutely no considerable benefits given to employees Hikes are poor and appraisal ratings don't matter Made to work like donkeys (not generic)

Work Details

Mixed opinions! Not every time you are recognized for your work, so no motivation. Sometimes work's exciting and most of the time it's mundane!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
