Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive & Friendly.the management is transparent. There is Gaming Arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a less politics but everywhere is the same issue then it's normal thing. Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Lack of Digitalization and understanding between managers to junior employees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job From my Team Leader. I found new family from this company

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
