I joined EA because they were assisting the central and state ministries in running a large-scale national deworming program.

Dislikes

The top management was abusive, followed unethical practices and was always disrespectful to their juniors. The country director would chuck people out of jobs in mins (literally!). Most of them were on some anger trip, justifying their actions and gaslighting all the time. I have seen many people being asked to leave in mins and they were handed cheques before the EoD. And, they would threaten you if you tell them that they are not following policies written in the employment letter. I have seen the best talent leave this org and how!
