Starting my career with Syntel was good. I've learned lot of things related to Skill Development. Training sessions are average.

Compensation & Benefits in Syntel is very poor. If you want your growth in Syntel than you must be very good in Politics. There is no job security. Work Environment is average over here at Syntel.

There was no job security in Syntel they can terminate an employee at any time without any reason.

There was no proper communication channel in HR department. If we need any assistance from HR department after left the company no one will respond our queries. I was awiting on PF transfer request since 9 months, but still that request was not closed.

You need to work for long hours if you want to get noticed. Employees are not taken care of. Job security is horrible, work-life balance is messed up. You either get hike or promotion.
