Top leaders really make bad strategic decisions The company is under Cash Crunch No appraisals. Deductions in Variable Pay outs. Average raise( if rolled out) will be between 6 to 8% No new projects/ accounts. Company will have to take minimum 5 years to achieve break even from the debt

The Pune campus is the best. You can always put your views in front of the leadership. It is now somewhat changed but still not in very bad condition.
