Co founders are good people. But good people do not necessarily make sensible leaders.

Founder who talks like a hooligan. So far 3 training managers including have quit the company. They have no idea how a training department should be functioning. Same Indian startup mentality of doing things as instructed. 23rd to 22nd is the pay cycle but still credited on 1st. Lousy HR department. 6 days working. No sick leave only PL so if you fall ill all your leaves are exhausted. Leave policy very poor will not be able to take long leaves or vacation ever....Read More

I would advice caution when considering employment with everest .In first 03 month things might seem fine, but after that the begin to put to significant pressure on the employees.Themanagement lack of professionalism and there is a lack of respect for the technical staff it is not a company i would recommend as it can be be risky for your carrier and well-being. please thick carefully before deciding to work with them....Read More

Sales person was good explained, Receptionist are good explained, Trainer also very good explained, Deposit recipient are good behaviour, Car issuer are very rude language, Once driver paid deposit after start Everest fleet company employees rudness behaviour,

DM are only follow up for weekly balance, Everest fleet cars are very noisy, Suspension issue,body noise, Tyre issues, Steering are dirty and dented, Car body having very dents,and dashes, Customer literally complaint to driver about car issues, Employees are not supported for driver, Want to be improvement this comments,

Gave PIP without any reason. Gave thread to throw out from jobs. Force the employee to work in bad health issues. Didn't appreciate for hard work.
